 I was stuck with the auto-link feature when I had to link to the binaries
 built with --layout=system on Windows. I don't think
 BOOST_AUTO_LINK_NOMANGLE should control any linker options, or at least
 there should be an option to disable auto-link, something like
 "BOOST_NO_AUTOLINK". I really wonder how many people think it is a handy
 feature.
