This patches attempts to fix a few things.
The link to getting started doesn't really work with the new getting
started documentation, and there isn't an equivalent part of it to link
to, the nearest equivalent I could find is the build instructions.
Alternatively, the start of the getting started documentation might work
better.
With the 'write_dimacs' stuff I fixed a link, and tried to fix what I
think is a mistake (it says write_dimacs when it should be
write_dimacs_max_flow) but I don't really understand any of this so I
could be very wrong there.
Finally, the change to sloan_ordering fixes some odd markup.
