 This patch added NTFS symbolic links support to Boost.Filesystem.
 The target revision is 43591.


 Changes:
  * added create_symlink() and symbolic_link_exists_api() for Win32
  * added symlink_status() and replaced some calls of status() to
 symlink_status().
