 The built-in Zip handler in Windows Server 2003, x64 edition fails to
 extract files with no dots in their names. There is no problem with the
 archives; the documentation recommends against using Microsoft's zip
 handler on performance grounds anyway but I have been trying to minimize
 the number of non-standard programs on this machine so I was trying to use
 it.
