 * the reason for the above report is maybe only of interest for people
 building the 'bjam stage' target
  * the set of build' libraries for this target is relatively small; it is
 required to manually build all required libraries including
 libboost_whatever.lib
  * since all lib* libs (prefix) are static by default voilá the command
 line is as follows: 'bjam debug release stage' and second, 'bjam debug
 release link=static stage'
