 When changing the build-type to 'complete' and including ICU (from
 MacPorts), the bjam build system fails.

 Building the 'minimal' build with icu support succeeds, though.

 Two debug outputs are attached, one minimal, and the other with bjam debug
 levels 5,7,8,11 on (truncated, though, because it is huge).
