-----------------------------------------------+----------------------------
  Reporter: Ostap Kutsyy <ostapkl_at_[hidden]> | Owner: ramey
      Type: Bugs | Status: closed
 Milestone: Boost 1.36.0 | Component: serialization
   Version: Boost 1.35.0 | Severity: Problem
Resolution: wontfix | Keywords: binary_wiarchive, shared_ptr
-----------------------------------------------+----------------------------
Changes (by ramey):

  * status: reopened => closed
  * resolution: => wontfix

Comment:

 "binary_iarchive doesn't work with wide characters and strings."

 Why do you think this? As far as I know binary_i/o archive works with
 both.

 I see no reason why anyone would need/want to use binary_w?archive. It
 was an accidental side effect of using a template to implemenat
 binary_?archive.
