I'm really not sure what to do about this one because it seems to me that
someone must've changed a Boost.Build behavior to cause the Getting
Started Guide to be broken. I certainly didn't make significant changes
to the guide. So I'm reassigning this one to Rene and Cc'ing Volodya,
without being sure that they're the right parties, to stimulate a
discussion. Guys, if this has nothing whatever to do with you, please
assign it back to me, but try to help me understand what happened first!
