 There are at least two problems with boost-trunk that prevent it from
 building on a NetBSD machine.  One (libdl need not be linked against) is
 already documented in ticket [https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/2029

 #2029], which still applies to the trunk.  A patch for the other is
 attached.  Like modern FreeBSD, NetBSD has support for wide characters.
