 Throughout the code, there are numerous compile time errors, below is just
 an example:

 boost/regex/v4/basic_regex.hpp:465: sorry, not implemented:
 `namespace_decl' not supported by dump_type
 boost/regex/v4/basic_regex.hpp:587: sorry, not implemented:
 `namespace_decl' not supported by dump_type
 boost/regex/v4/basic_regex.hpp:589: sorry, not implemented:
 `namespace_decl' not supported by dump_type
 boost/regex/v4/basic_regex.hpp:621: sorry, not implemented:
 `namespace_decl' not supported by dump_type
 boost/mpl/aux_/integral_wrapper.hpp:72: sorry, not implemented: conversion
 of template_type_parm as template parameter
 boost/mpl/aux_/integral_wrapper.hpp: At top level:
