 On http://www.boost.org/, the Downloads column (after the News column)
 contains two links:[[BR]]
 [http://www.boost.org/users/download/version_1_35_0 Version 1.35.0][[BR]]
 [http://www.boost.org/users/download/boost_jam_3_1_16 Boost Jam 3.1.16]

 Clicking these links takes the user to pages containing the product
 details, not pages with links to the actual downloads.  The user has to
 navigate elsewhere to find them.
