 Now that we have BOOST_NO_TYPEID, the lack of BOOST_NO_RTTI tempts people
 to abuse BOOST_NO_TYPEID for this purpose. We ought to add BOOST_NO_RTTI
 to allow libraries to pick the right macro for the task.
