 The documentation for the named parameters for kolmogorov_max_flow gives
 the wrong named for named parameters.The 'vertex_predecessor' named
 parameter should be called 'predecessor_map'. There may be others - I
 think vertex_color and vertex_distance are also mislabelled.

 I checked the other two network flow algorithms, they do not suffer from
 the same problem.
