Please go ahead and add this as I don't have access to gcc-4.4 at present.
I'm guessing this will be BOOST_NO_INITIALIZER_LISTS, and can be added to
the C++0x unsupported features list?
If there's anything in
http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_36_0/libs/config/doc/html/boost_config/guidelines_for_boost_authors.html#boost_config.guidelines_for_boost_authors.adding_new_defect_macros
which doesn't make sense (or doesn't work!) then ping me again. Otherwise
