 As mentioned @ http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.lib.boost.devel/180785,

 the file <boost\spirit\home\classic\core\parser.hpp> includes
 <boost/type_traits.hpp> when only a part of type_traits is actually
 required.

 The attached patch changes the include without effecting the regression
 test results on VC9SP1.
