BOOST_<level>_CLOSE_FRACTION and BOOST_<level>_CLOSE have the same
description.
I think that 3rd parameters in BOOST_<level>_CLOSE is a percentage while
in BOOST_<level>_CLOSE_FRACTION is not a percentage.
