 I am using Visual Studio 9.0 and Boost libraries 1.36. The program I am
 trying to compile #includes <boost/thread/thread.hpp> and
 <boost/thread/mutex.hpp>. The compiler reports the following error:

 Error   2       error C2064: term does not evaluate to a function taking 0
 arguments    D:\software\Boost C++
 Libraries\boost_1_36_0\boost\thread\detail\thread.hpp     56
 NGCR11Emitter

 This is on line 56 in thread.hpp.
