 Hi,

 I've found a problem with the input_facet formating. The following format:
 "%Y-%m-%d"
 causes that the date: "1999-1-01" is allowed, but shouldn't be (month has
 to be in 2-digit format). See attached main.cpp file. It's a unit test
 clearly describing the problem. Tested on gcc 3.3.6 and 4.3.1.
