 output_test_stream reference documentation is missing from 1.37.0
 Boost::test documentation.  Perhaps more references are missing, but this
 is the one I needed and could not find.  Reference documentation for the
 class existed in earlier versions, as it can be seen (for example) at:
 http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_35_0/libs/test/doc/components/test_tools/output_test_stream_spec.html

 you can get to that page from the "specification" link in
 "For detailed description of the facilities provided by the
 output_test_stream see it's specification." on
 http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_35_0/libs/test/doc/components/test_tools/output_test_stream.html


 That sentence (starting with 1.36.0) reads: "Detailed specification of
 class output_test_stream is covered in reference section." and there is no
 hyperlink in that text. :(  I have text searched all *.html files inside
 my local copy of the boost test library, but I could not find any file
 with the output_test_stream documentation.
