 The Edmonds-Karp algorithm for max flow is constantly spelled Edmunds-
 Karp. I filed this bug in the old bugzilla years ago, but no reaction.
 Please change this, as it is a offence to Jack Edmonds, let alone that
 search engines would miss Boost when someone is looking for an
 implementation of this algorithm.
