 fusion/include/remove.hpp is a verbatim copy of
 fusion/include/remove_if.hpp; as such it includes
 <boost/fusion/algorithm/transformation/remove_if.hpp> where it should
 include <boost/fusion/algorithm/transformation/remove.hpp>.  It also has
 the wrong include guard.
