 I note that many Boost libraries have many authors.

 For example the math library, where the seven authors (so far) are listed
 separately, half of page one is a list of authors, rather widely spaced.

 The Boost.Traits library ducks the issue by saying 'various authors', but
 listing them all in the copyright.  This doesn't seem ideal.

 (If we output bibliographic info in future, we also want to be sure that
 all authors are specified, so putting "various authors" will output
 "various authors" as the authors!)

 So could the authors be better placed on one line?

 (I also note that the  "Distributed under the Boost Software
 License, ..." is in a larger font that I think it need to be?)
