 Every now and then someone asks for cross-compilation instructions on the
 boost mailing lists. I do cross-compilation occasionally, too, and would
 like to find the instructions with a few clicks rather than digging deep
 into the boost-build documentation. A newbie user wouldn't even know where
 to look for. Therefore, I suggest the Getting Started guide would link to
 http://www.boost.org/boost-build2/doc/html/bbv2/tasks/crosscompile.html
