 I've noticed all the smart_ptr headers have been moved into the
 boost/smart_ptr directory.  Is that the preferred path to include the
 headers now?  For example, should all instances of "boost/shared_ptr.hpp"
 in the documentation be replaced with "boost/smart_ptr/shared_ptr.hpp"?
