Looking at the trac roadmap the tickets that have been reported for the
previous versions of the boost libraries (and presumably still applicable
to the current version) are not being reported for the current version.
This may mean that issues are reported multiple times for the latest
milestone. It also means that users do not see the bugs found/limitations
in the current release. Maybe this is just a limitation of TRAC, but it
appears to me that any bugs not fixed/resolved in a release should be
moved onto the next milestone, ie, from 1.38 to 1.39.
There are almost 400 tickets open from previous milestones not visible in
the current milestone and not resolved.
