 Tried the build from SVN trunk. The `#include` of `sp_typeinfo.hpp` needs
 minor fixup:

 {{{
 -#include "sp_typeinfo.hpp"
 +#include <boost/detail/sp_typeinfo.hpp>
 }}}

 Compiles fine after that change.
