 My recently introduced top-level bootstrap.bat works by calling
 tools/jam/src/build.bat and then doing other things. I would like to know
 which toolset build.bat has guessed, so that I can setup 'using' directive
 accordingly. Unfortunately, build.bat does 'setlocal' at the end and thus
 BOOST_JAM_TOOLSET is not exported. Is it possible to specifically export
 just that variable?
