When you run the minmax regression tests in GCC 4.4 in C++0x mode, you get
some failures due to ambiguities between boost::minmax and std::minmax
(e.g. http://tinyurl.com/qn7g53)
Qualifying the calls to minmax with boost:: allows the tests to pass.
