 The bimap 'xpressive' regression test is failing on GCC 4.4.0 due to a
 conflict between "boost::xpressive::op::construct" and
 "boost::xpressive::construct", as seen at http://tinyurl.com/pyp7jr .

 The attached patch fixes the failure by qualifying the call to construct
 with xpressive::.
