 Apologies for the uncomplete cut&paste.

 The deprecated header is hash_set, apparently included from
 adjacency_list.hpp (25) included from gaphviz.hpp(24).

 Looking at adjacency_list.hpp, there are some check macros defined (I'm
 compiling with stock gcc 4.3 on debian / ubuntu)
