test_lock_concept fails to compile with GCC 4.3.3 and 4.4.0 with
--std=gnu++0x. One of the error messages is:[[BR]]
boost/thread/locks.hpp:688: error: 'class boost::recursive_timed_mutex'
has no member named 'unlock_and_lock_upgrade'
The same errors occur for the NA-QNX641-qcc-gnu0x, RW_Mingw and Sandia-gcc
test runners.
