 The return types of functions such as operator= on keywords, operator, on
 ArgumentPacks, and the empty ArgumentPack are not documented.  This
 information is necessary to write functions that return ArgumentPacks.
 This could be provided by a traits class that allows the underlying
 implementations of these constructs to be changed later.
