#3149: Configure mixes up Python installations on OSX

Milestone: Boost 1.40.0 | Component: CMake

Seems to use the system Python's /Libraries and headers, but for the
python executable, finds not ''even'' the one in my path, which is a
Python 2.5 from MacPorts, but instead a Python 2.6 from MacPorts that is
also installed. That causes nearly all Python tests to fail. A good
place to test is the parameter library tests, though: there's only one
test in there involving Python, so it's efficient.
