#3217: inconsistent from_xxx_string() name for date and ptime

 The date and ptime class both have a function that constructs an instance
 from an ISO formatted string. However, date names this function
 from_undelimited_string() and ptime from_iso_string(). This is a
 unnecessary inconsistency. Either name would work for me though my
 preference is the iso variant.
