 I know it's been bumped down, but can this be bumped back up to
 showstopper?  I't seem like one -- I can find no consistent workaround,
 and it's made boost.python unavailable to what appears to be a large
 segment of population for at least a year now.  (I've spoken to two other
 people who have abandoned boost because of this bug.)
