 Most of the codegear/borland configurations are currently broken because
 of a change in boost/test/impl/compiler_log_formatter.ipp

 resulting in the following error: Error E2354
 ..\boost/test/impl/compiler_log_formatter.ipp 51: Two operands must
 evaluate to the same type in function test_phase_identifier()

 The attached patch should resolve this error without any impact to other
 compilers
