This is a duplicate of #3098, which is fixed in 1.40.0. I have confirmed
that the attached test case does fail with 1.39 but does not with 1.40.
If there is a failure with 1.40 then please raise a new ticket with a new
test case.
If you care about the _GLIBCXX_DEBUG debug mode then feel free to run the
automated boost regression tests in that configuration.
