 r10082 declares the hppa architecture big-endian in
 boost/detail/limits.hpp, but for some reason the same thing is not stated
 in boost/detail/endian.hpp. See
 https://bugs.gentoo.org/attachment.cgi?id=170173&action=view for an (old)
 patch. Would be nice if something like this could go in trunk and 1.41.0.
