Comment:

 The macros BOOST_PP_BITAND etc, are not the equivalents of &, |, etc.  The
 difference from the logical operators is:

 > The logical/ subdirectory contains the convenient Boolean token
 operations shown in
 > Table A.2 and the more efficient operations shown in Table A.3, which
 require that
 > their operands are either 0 or 1 (a single bit).
