 The entries are not being propagated and we are unable to modify the
 functionality of our DNS servers (static entries are unavailable).  We've
 tried getting to boost by IP, but it looks like your on a shared server
 that requires the hostname be sent.  I have tried different variations the
 IP address such as http://129.79.245.252/~boost/ etc to see if there is an
 alternate method of reaching the site, but haven't found one.
