 A large number of the function_types regression tests are failing across
 the board on Trunk.

 It looks like the files:

 {{{
 function_types/detail/synthesize_impl/arity20_0.hpp
 function_types/detail/synthesize_impl/arity30_0.hpp
 }}}

 Were broken in revision [56305] (i mean, it looks like a large chunk of
 the files was just removed).
