  * resolution:  => invalid

Comment:

 This depends on two things:

 1. Whether you're using address resolution using TCP or UDP.
 2. Whether your system resolver is configured to resolve against a locally
 hosted name server.

 Marking this bug as "invalid" because this is beyond the scope of ASIO.
