This functionality is already supported; pass `bidirectionalS` in as the
directedness tag for `compressed_sparse_row_graph` and it will give you a
bidirectional graph. This was introduced in 1.41, I believe, and is
mentioned in the documentation at
[http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_41_0/libs/graph/doc/compressed_sparse_row.html].
