 The source file for the execution monitor is given as
 'libs/test/execution_monitor.hpp'. The actual source file is
 'boost/test/impl/execution_monitor.ipp'.

 The name of the execution file to compile in a stand-alone library is
 given as 'execution-monitor.cpp'. The actual name of the file appears as
 if it should be 'libs/test/src/execution_monitor.cpp'.
