 I propose to introduce the following changes(see patch).

 These changes can be divided into 3 independent parts:

 1. Call external program to translate error messages.

 2. An additional program which collected all the strings that require
 translation. In addition, it allows you to check the correctness of the
 translation (of course after it changes the user under your language).

 3. Added two functions are what ().
