Hartmut described what was supposed to be done to solve the problem.
He didn't say anything about the documentation.
As pointed out by the report, the documentation mentions nothing
about a parser having to be a proto expression.
Either the is_parser predicate needs be changed to return
false for char_parser or char_parser needs to have operator[]
added.
