#3826: shared_ptr has incorrect use_count when compiled -O2

Comment(by pdimov):

 This works for me under Cygwin g++ 3.4.4 with -O2. It's probably a
 compiler bug. I remember another report of g++ 3.4.6 misbehaving:

 http://lists.boost.org/boost-users/2008/10/41699.php

 Not sure what we can do from the shared_ptr side. Does it work when you
 #define BOOST_SP_NO_SP_CONVERTIBLE?
