#3834: doc: probably incorrect HTML rendering

The documentation about float comparison displays twice a pair of
equations that, according to the text body, should be different, but are
equal. (2) and (3) are the same, and so are (4) and (5).

 http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_41_0/libs/test/doc/html/utf/testing-
 tools/floating_point_comparison.html

Besides, these equations make no sense, something is certainly broken in
 their rendering.

The problem is in the HTML, the browser used is irrelevant.
