 The `BOOST_HAS_` macros for C++0x features have been deprecated. This
 patch replaces them with their `BOOST_NO_` equivalents. Without this the
 new C++0x features in Visual C++ 10 won't be picked up. I did a lot of
 this by searching and replacing so it's worth checking these changes.
