Moin Moin.
In MS windows stopping an (MSVC) debug-session kills its process, but
leaves the "window open".
I did not even know this to be possible.
This happens, iff I.:
0. Add "$(boost_root)" to my include-path.
1. Add "$(boost_root)\stage\lib" to my link-path.
2. Build the project, start it using the debugger.
3. Hit Shift f5.
